He told me to settle.
He asked what was wrong with me.
He called me an easy target.
That was within minutes when I first met Caden Banks.
I labeled him an *sshole, but he was more than that. Arrogant. Smug. Alpha.
He was also to-die-for gorgeous, and my stepbrother’s fraternity brother.
Okay, yes I was a little naive, a tad bit socially awkward, and the smallest amount of stalker-ish, but if Caden Banks thought he could tell me what to do, he had another thing coming.
I came to college with daydreams about being with my stepbrother, but what if I fell for the anti-stepbrother instead?

Anti-Stepbrother by Tijan is a book about how Summer fell in love with her Ant-Stepbrother.
Summer had been in love with her step brother Kevin throughout high school. That’s why she was confused when she started having feelings for Caden.
Caden was the complete opposite of Kevin. In fact, Summer liked to think of him as the Anti-Stepbrother. He took her under his wing and not only became her best friend, but helped her become part of the “in crowd” in the process.
Soon though, they couldn’t deny their attraction. But Caden had things that he needed to deal with and so did Summer. Will those things keep them from being together?
I really liked Caden in this book. It was obvious that he had feelings for her, but he was cautious until he knew for sure that Summer’s feelings for her stepbrother had changed. Summer seemed a bit oblivious to the world around her at times. It almost made it hard to like her at times, but she tried to do the right thing most of the time.
The book seemed a little slow at times, I found myself thinking “just get on with it already” on occasion, but overall I really liked the storyline and the characters. This was another good book by Tijan.
